These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Nyberg Group ApS's website and the provision of professional services.
2. Services
Nyberg Group ApS provides executive search, recruitment, and advisory services.
We act as an independent advisor and do not act as an employer or agent of candidates.
3. No guarantee
While services are delivered with professional care and diligence, Nyberg Group ApS does not guarantee:
- placement of candidates
- hiring decisions made by clients
- or the performance of placed candidates
4. Confidentiality
All information relating to candidates and clients is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
5. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
