Henrik Nyberg, Partner at Nyberg Group, founded in 2006 Nyberg Group, the executive search firm that became the foundation for Hoffmann Reed Denmark.

Henrik began his career in banking before moving into the IT and telecommunications sector, where he held senior roles in sales and marketing. He later joined a leading international management consultancy, advising clients on strategy and organizational effectiveness.

In addition to his business background, Henrik has completed extensive training in HR, organizational development, and communication. He is a certified International Coach, NLP Master, and Enneagram Practitioner, bringing a people-centric approach to leadership advisory.

He has a mercantile educational background and has continually expanded his expertise through professional development in business, coaching, and behavioral science.
