Situation
The bank was scaling its leadership ambition across the organisation.
A new set of leadership values and behaviors had been defined - but the challenge was clear: ensuring 600 leaders consistently translate leadership intent into daily behavior.
Without this shift, the risk was significant - inconsistent leadership across the organisation, unclear expectations and decision-making, and reduced team performance and alignment.
Leadership needed to move from communication to consistent execution at scale.
Approach
We co-created a leadership intervention focused on one objective: turning leadership values into observable behavior across 600 leaders.
The approach combined three elements. Leadership under pressure - strengthening how leaders show up in real situations, not just what they know. Resilience and sustainable performance - building the capacity to lead with clarity, energy, and consistency over time. Behavioral integration at scale - embedding a small number of high-impact changes into daily leadership practice.
Rather than adding more content, the focus was on changing how leaders lead in meetings, conversations, and decisions.
Impact
Behavioral change at scale. Leaders implemented 2-3 concrete changes in how they lead, improving both leadership effectiveness and team experience.
