Microsoft Central America operates in a fast-moving, highly competitive market, where regional leadership directly drives commercial performance, talent, and customer impact.

The leadership team was entering a period of ambitious growth targets, ongoing transformation, and increasing internal and external pressure.

The challenge was not capability - but consistency: leaders needed to perform at their best under pressure, individually and as a team.

The risk was clear - without stronger leadership alignment and resilience, performance would not sustain at the required level.

Approach

We designed and delivered a targeted leadership intervention focused on one objective: strengthening how the leadership team operates in high-stakes situations.

The work combined three elements. Executive coaching at leadership level - strengthening self-awareness, decision-making, and presence under pressure. Team-level alignment and collaboration - improving trust, communication, and cross-functional effectiveness. Data-driven insight and behavioral focus - using 360 feedback and resilience diagnostics to translate insight into concrete leadership behavior.
